Phase 1 of the project consisted of providing site due diligence of the electrical systems. The electrical systems were surveyed against the construction documents and 2003 National Electric Code. A 200+ page report was submitted to General Dynamics and US AID.

Phase 2 consisted of providing design/build repair services to bring the electrical systems in compliance with the original project specifications.
