Project included the finish out of a 150,000 square foot retail store and warehouse facility with 19,000 SF of office space, 20,000 SF of retail floor space and 111,000 SF of warehouse space and shipping and receiving space. Complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing design was provided for the building which included new electrical service and new zoned HVAC system (Rooftop DX system) and complete plumbing within the existing shell building.  Project included demolition of the existing tenant within the 150,000 SF area. The project was designed entirely in Revit Architecture 2010 and Revit MEP 2010.

Project included the complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for a 13,500 square foot Goodwill Facility.  HVAC design included three 15 Ton split system DX units.  Plumbing included design for restroom facilities.  Electrical design included main electrical service, lighting and power for the complete facility. The project was designed entirely in Revit Architecture 2010 and Revit MEP 2010.

The project consisted of a new 17,000 square foot building divided into offices and manufacturing area. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design was provided. The project was completed entirely in Revit MEP, and was a full BIM endeavor.

The project consisted of a 9,275 square foot open-air amphitheatre addition to an existing theater building. Mechanical HVAC, plumbing, power, and lighting design was provided. The project was completed in Revit MEP as well as AutoCAD, and was a BIM endeavor.
