We are pleased to announce that Oscar Villarreal has joined SKE as an Associate and Senior Mechanical Engineer. Mr. Villarreal has been working in Austin for over thirteen years in the MEP Consulting Engineering business. Prior to his work in Austin, Mr. Villarreal work for the Department of Defense for ten years. Mr. Villarreal has extensive experience in HVAC system design, chilled water plant design, plumbing design, medical gas systems, HVAC Controls, and fire protection systems as related to Commercial, Health Care, Data Centers, and Educational Facilities.

• Round Rock High School - Phase II - Round Rock ISD - LEED Project, 140,000SF, $40M - M&P Designer and Project Manager - Scope: 1000 ton water cooled central plant, gyms, cafeteria, library.
• Bandera Road Elementary School - Northside ISD San Antonio - CHPS project 120,000SF, $20M - M&P designer & Project Manager - Scope: 500 ton air cooled central plant, classroom, cafeteria.
• McLane Advanced Technologies Office Building - Temple, TX - 50,000SF, $10M - M&P Designer & Project Manager - Scope: office building with 300 ton water cooled central plant, data center, solar panels .
• Cedar Ridge High School - Round Rock ISD - LEED project, 380,000 SF, $85M - MEP Construction Manager - Scope: 1500 ton water cooled central plant, classrooms, cafeteria, gyms, admins offices.
